Founded in 1995, the company owns four big factory bases for producing various pvc profiles for windows and doors and two factory bases for producing plastic pipes and fittings. Being core committeeman unit of China Standardization Committee, we are one of the top 3 manufacturers in plastic profiles and pipes in China.

The profiles we produce are ecological, energy-saving, and long-lasting. They feature a perfect tightness and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. There are varies of series casement, sliding, folded, awning etc, styles PVC window & door in 60, 65, 70 casement series, and 60, 80, 88, 95 sliding series. We are also in good position to provide professional designing services according to special requirements from customers, for example, we design and produce PVC profile of High Weatherproof to win market in tropical regions and cold zone.

Cooperating with GE plastic group(China) Co., Ltd., we successfully developed a colourful co-extrusion profile by using ASA, which satisfys customers with products in many different colours of reliable quality.

A guarantee of constant high quality of Zhongcai profiles is our permanent testing and examinations in the in-house laboratory. Quality control covers checking of raw materials of which profiles are extruded, as well as tests of finished products three times to meet severe quality requirements. We gained certification of ISO9001: 2000, CE certification and also won the national certificaion for products exemption from quality surveillance inspection.
